Photos! - Spring Picnic
and Car Show, Possum
Kingdom Lake - April 23, 2005
Once again we were blessed with great weather for one of our events.
We had a small caravan for a very pleasant one-and-a-half-hour drive to Possum Kingdom Lake. Of course, our tops were down. We met up with some others at the venue. After our fajita lunch, we drew for door prizes which comprised Mercedes Benz key chains and a beautiful grille badge incorporating the Shield and the Prancing Horse symbol of the City of Stuttgart, home of Mercedes-Benz. We also had MBCA shop towels as giveaways. Everyone took home a nice souvenir from the event. Judging began mid-afternoon. Trophies and certificates were awarded to the owners of deserving cars. We then took a driving tour of the scenic Cliffs Resort, and those who wished took a different scenic route back. Photo highlights of the event follow: |
