NORMAN ROCKWELL MUSEUM WITH THE WACHUSETT OLD CAR CLUB

Norman Rockwell Museum houses the world's largest and most significant collection of original Rockwell art. Highlights include enduring favorites from Rockwell's Saturday Evening Post covers, the powerful Four Freedoms, and the nostalgic Stockbridge Main Street at Christmas.
We will caravan as group out to the museum through the back roads of the Berkshires. Along the route you will have some challenges to keep you alert. The group in the car which gets the most challenges right will receive a prize. We will be starting from the Spencer Fair Plaza by the Dunkin Donuts sign. The plaza is west of the center of Spencer on route 9. Meet at 8:30AM for a departure at 9:00AM sharp. It is about a 3 hour ride. We will be stopping in Stockbridge for lunch at Michael's and then proceeding onto the museum. The tour will at 2PM. Plan to get to the museum by 1:40 for group ticket purchases.

Spring's Arrival is More Than Just a Myth

Come celebrate the arrival of Spring at European Auto Solutions' 5 th Annual MBCA Minuteman Section Open House, 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. on April 17 th.
Each attendee will be given 15 minutes of
lift time for personal inspection of their Mercedes-Benz with one of our technicians to both learn more about the vehicle and to have it checked for the upcoming open road season.

You'll have a monstrously good time at this spectacular new presentation, winner of the Broadway.com Audience Award for Best Musical. This wickedly inspired re-imagining of the Frankenstein legend follows bright, young Dr. Frankenstein (that's Fronkensteen) as he attempts to create a monster-but not without scary hilarious complications.

| KEN BOURQUE'S NAUTICAL CRUISE
Presented by AlphaCars

For the 2010 annual nautical cruise, we will revisit Falmouth and the schooner we so enjoyed last year. We will depart from the pier located behind the Clam Shack at 227 Clinton Ave. Falmouth , MA on Sunday, August 8th. Free parking is available in the Clam Shack's parking lot. The Liberté, a 74foot 3-masted schooner, will sail for 2 hours in the waters off Cape Cod . Light refreshments will be available on board. Please plan to arrive at 2:30PM for a 3:00PM departure. Of course dress comfortably but appropriately for potential sea spray depending on the weather.
After the cruise we will drive a few miles to the famous Oysters Too Restaurant and lounge in Teaticket, one of the favorites in this area, for a half hour cocktail period to stabilize our sea legs.
The schooner can accommodate only 49 people so please respond early. All registration forms must be received by Saturday, July 31 with a check made payable to Minute Man Section, MBCA and your choice(s) of entrees.
Cost: Members $50. Non-Member Guests: $75.

GERMANFEST XXIV
Presented by InterCity Lines

On Sunday October 3rd, the Minuteman Section of the Mercedes Benz Club of America and the Larz Anderson Auto Museum are pleased to present the 24th annual Germanfest presented by Intercity Lines.
Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. and will cost $20, which includes entrance into the museum for 2 individuals. All registration will take place on the day of the event. Judging will begin at 11:00 a.m. with "rags down" announced at that time indicating the stop of all cleaning of cars. If you do not wish to have your Mercedes-Benz judged, you may register to enter the field as "display only"; registration fee applies. Arrivals after 11:00 a.m. will be entered as "display only".
Rules for judging in the street class and concourse class are according to Mercedes Benz Club of America criteria, which focuses on cleanliness and authenticity of the vehicle.
The daily driver class has been replaced with a Survivor Class. The rules for this class are: Any model Mercedes Benz, in original unrestored condition 25 years of age or older. Must be driven to the event and not bear dealer or repair plates. Judged according to street class rules.
First, second and third place awards are given out in 11 classes and 4 trophies are awarded for the finest and most unusual cars entered. Description of Classes.

FARBERALLYE XXXIII Presented by European Auto Solutions

Northern Worcester County Rallye
The Minuteman Section is pleased to host Farberallye XXXIII presented by European Auto Solutions on October 15, 16, 17 th. This year's track will guide participants along the beautiful rural and scenic roadways of Northern Worcester County taking us through quaint towns, by historic New England homes and the lovely Wachusett Mountain and Ski Resort located in Princeton Massachusetts.
Home base for Farberallye XXXIII is the newly renovated and contemporary Marriott Courtyard in Fitchburg, MA located at 150 Royal Plaza. Hotel reservations are to be made directly with the Marriott Courtyard at 888-236-2427. Room rates are $119 for single occupancy per night, $129 double occupancy. The Marriott Courtyard is pet friendly and assesses a $50 per pet fee. The Marriott Courtyard is also home of Massachusett's greatest indoor water park, CoCo Key. Reduced ticket rates to the CoCo Key Water Resort are available to MBCA members. Make your hotel reservations by September 15th.
