We have a great weekend for you

The weekend will start with some time at Keenland (if you can get away from the office!) on Friday. If you want to enjoy a day at the races, Keenland is the place to be during the April Racing Season.  Purchase your own tickets for this and we will make sure everyone from the MBCA will have a rally point.

If you cannot make it down to watch the races Friday, the club will caravan from Northern Kentucky for the 90-minute drive to Taylor Made Farm. We will meet in the parking lot of Schneider Electric at 1360 Dolwick Drive, Erlanger, Ky. We will leave promptly at 8:30am to make our 10:30 Tour. This is a full functioning farm, famous stallions, mares and a nursery. Please wear comfortable shoes this is a   1 ½ hour driving and walking tour

At 12:15 pm, we will dine for lunch at Daddy Joe’s Bar & Grill. They have some great food and hand crafted adult beverages before we gallop to our afternoon stop.

After lunch we will travel the 45 minutes to Old Friends Equine Farm . We will get to visit and get up close with retired famous racehorses. (3-5PM)

From here, we will head to our hotel, the Four Points Sheraton in Lexington. The negotiated rate is $138 with taxes included. You can reserve for Friday, Saturday, or both Nights. We will then have a wonderful dinner at 7PM Dinner at the Four Points Sheraton Restaurant. Individual orders and cash bar will be available: The dining area will be reserved for us.
